Ningbo
Universal Tools Co., Ltd. the predecessor of
Fenghua Great Star Brush-Making Co., Ltd.
Was established in 1993. It is located at Xikou Industrial Zone
where there is only 15KM from Ningbo
airport and 30 KM from Ningbo grand seaport. With a total investment
of 6 million U.S. dollars, it covers
an area of about 35,000 square meters and owns more than 500
employees which includes around 80
technicians, D&R and QA members.
Ningbo Universal Brush Making Factory is one of
three factories subordinate to the company. It is
specialized in various painting tools including paint brushes,
foam rushes, foam rollers, fabric rollers,
pad edgers, paint trays, paint tool sets, paint grids and other
